Levare Showcases Innovation at the 2025 Southwestern Petroleum Short Course

April 23, 2025

Levare was proud to participate in the 2025 Southwestern Petroleum Short Course (SWPSC) in Lubbock, Texas, where we connected with industry leaders, shared our latest advancements, and contributed to the ongoing dialogue on production optimization and artificial lift technologies.

At our exhibition booth, we featured the updated RTS Alert System; a real-time surface ESP rig solution designed to read downhole sensor parameters, measure ESP system insulation resistance and phase continuity, and verify electrical current absence without requiring physical intervention by a technician. By reducing personnel exposure to PMM-related HSE risks, the system enhances safety and enables early alarm detection. Visitors had the opportunity to explore its capabilities firsthand and learn how it supports end users by improving rig-time efficiency and promoting safer working conditions.

In addition to the exhibition, Levare presented two technical papers:

  • “Permanent Magnet Motor Risk Assessment in Oil & Gas Operations” - presented by Walter Dinkins & Hany Zakhary
  • “Operating an ESP During a Frac Hit” - presented by Walter Dinkins & Landry Pugh

These sessions highlighted our commitment to solving real-world challenges with data-driven strategies and innovative engineering. We are grateful to the organizers of SWPSC for the opportunity to contribute and collaborate with the broader production community.
